2013: Master of Business Administration | Marketing

Proud of myself! MBA is in the bag. 2013. Two universities, two diplomas, by the way: a state-issued one and an international one under the auspices of UNESCO.

But the real buzz wasn’t in the studying. It was in the race. Because right at that moment, the system was being overhauled, and those state diplomas were about to go the way of the dodo.

really wanted that one. The solid, weighty one with the emblem. Not just a piece of paper, but a symbol. And that symbol was fading into history.

What does a strategist do when the clock is ticking? Goes for an accelerated program. I compressed the curriculum, squeezed everything possible (and impossible) out of the schedule, studied through the nights, and finished this marathon almost six months faster. This wasn’t just a course of study; it was a sprint with obstacles, running on fumes.

The result? A GPA of 4.97 out of 5. Almost perfect, but not quite — so there’s something to strive for next time. And two diplomas in my hands.

The takeaway? An MBA isn’t just about finance and strategy. It’s first and foremost about the ability to set a goal, see the workarounds, and hit the deadline when everyone says it’s impossible. It’s about management — first and foremost, of yourself.

Challenge complete. What’s next?
Right, applying all of this to real life. Let’s roll.
